Not careful you can bust the switch head off since they too are cheap as shit.

Been a locksmith for over 25 years myself.

I'd file the button down so I'd have to use a pen to reset it!

He actually over doing it. All u need is a solid puck magnet put in the upper right hand corner and giggle it. Will open without any sign of being forced open. Steal some money slowly over time. Ur good to go

Just use a magnet on the outside top left hand corner on the door to open the safe. It's a lot easier. 10 seconds max.

Buddy of mine saw somewhere ona. Video that all you uave to do with a digital safe pad is pull it off and pull the battery an couple of time and play around with it and the keypad either resets or allows you to set in a new code.

Why is it better to have guns in a safe even a cheap safe ? Because the penalty for safe cracking is much stiffer than common theft

I bought a used different model safe, same design. No back up key no code. This method worked. Took me a while to find the push button. But it worked thanks! I got a $1000 executive safe for $150 in damn near brand new condition

okay so you cover the reset button. this is an easy fix. HOW ELSE do you protect the electronic safes from being broken into besides covering the reset button?

If you have one of these safes, just disable the button and remember the friggin' 5-digit code. Or wire the button to an ear piercing siren. If you don't have this safe, just make a sticker like the one shown in the video and put it on the corner of the safe so the thief will waste time and get frustrated trying to trigger a reset button that isn't there.

                                                                  • Rob Calhoun

That would prevent flat through the door or even drill through the back and wire to reach.

                                                                    • Brandon E. Smith
